When I first learned about video marketing, I saw it as one of the ways to simplify some of the email marketing that I do. I realized that I would probably not use it all that much, but with the popularity of YouTube now, it would be a good idea to give it a try.
How exactly does video marketing on YouTube work? It works like this:
* Take a YouTube video that is of value to your prospects. Look for the video on that subject. (Not just an amateur video, but a quality one.) Make sure it is on a subject that is relevant to your customers and you will get a great response from them.
* Send the video to your list. Once you have taken the video, you need to distribute it to people who belong to your list. You can do this by sending out an automatic email to your list.
* Link to the video in your email marketing. This gives your subscribers the opportunity to see the video.
* Monitor the video. Once you have sent the email, check it out and make sure it is getting delivered. If it isn’t, make the necessary changes to your email marketing script so that it does.
